The Sorrelle

I love the Sorrelle! Coming from Los Angeles it’s nice to find a luxury apartment with utilities included. They’ve made so many updates since I’ve moved in 2 years ago and I love it. The leasing staff Sandia, Chase and Bri are super friendly and helpful. The response time for service request is phenomenal. The maintenance crew Felipe, Cesar, Arturo and Octavio are very fast, efficient and friendly. I would definitely recommend moving here.

I have lived here just short of 3 years. I love the location of the apartment complex, it is near everything. I do have a few issues. I have filed numerous noise complaints against my neighbors, yet they continue to be loud and disrupt my sleep well until 2 or 3am. Mind you I wake up for work at 4:30am. Each time I call the office they say they’ll notify them, but then nothing changes. The front gate is never is never closed yet the exit is. Which cloaked impatient driver leave through the entry gate. I’ve almost been hit head on multiple times. Also the pool seems to be a constant issue with it being closed most of last summer. This place was great when I first moved in. Not so much now.

I had a wonderful experience working with Briana! They were professional, friendly, and responsive throughout my entire process. Everything went smooth and stress-free, always having an answer to any question i had and helping me search for the right place for me and my son. While looking at the sorrelle, she was just professional responsive and she knowingly kind throughout the entire process, every question was answered promptly and she made what can be stressful experience, feel easy and smooth. I truly felt supported from start to finish and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to call home.

I Wanted to write about how incredibly quick maintenance and work is at this apartment. Sandra is always quick to get back to me with any problems I have and not only is she quick to get back, I am always more than satisfied with maintenance. Coming from a previous apartment that did not have this type of service, I am incredibly impressed (and grateful!)
