I went to tour Crystal Ridge gated community, recently, and had a wonderful experience. Over my life, I have toured numerous apartment complexes ehen I have needed a new home. My experience at Crystal Ridge was THE BEST ever. The two leasing agents, Dejona and Jamillia, were so awesome. They were warm and welcoming. Both ladies were very knowledgeable about the complex and the processes and procedures. They took their time to find out what I really wanted and needed to be comfortable and totally satisfied in one of their available apartments. They showed me four different apartments and found me the perfect one for me. In full transparency, Jamillia made sure that I understood all the costs and requirements to apply and move in, if approved. By the end of my tour, I was well informed and f
The worst thing I ever did was move into a complex managed by Solomon Organization. I have lived at Verdana Howell since 2018. The only thing they care about is the bottom line, raising rent by an incredible percentage and nothing else. Last Wednesday, January 28, 2026, a maintenance worker verbally assaulted me with four letter words and pure vulgarity. He also threatened me. This was done in front of other workers who heard every disgusting word and comment that this worker screamed at me. I reported this incident immediately to the property manager, both verbally and in writing. One of the other workers who witnessed this incident also confirmed what was said and what happened, directly to the property manager. What has the HR department at Solomon Organization done? Not a damn thing. Th
Update: Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, my experience has not reflected what was stated. I previously sent an email to the address provided and did not receive a response. I also shared my NICOR gas account number with management several months ago, but was later informed that it had not been received. I provided proof of my prior communication, yet the issue remained unresolved. As a result, I have been charged $70 per month, which I believe was due to a misunderstanding or administrative oversight. This situation has been very frustrating, and I feel that communication and follow-up from management have been inadequate. I respectfully request that the Solomon Organization’s main management team review this matter and contact me directly to help resolve it. I value clear commun
Solomon Organization, I felt it necessary to take the time and leave some positive feedback about my renting experience at Twin Lakes Apartments after our recent experience getting an issue resolved, and I might as well add our experiences with prior issues. In October 2025 we started to get some cold nights and went to turn on the heat and noticed it wasn’t working. We didn’t know if heat qualified as an “Emergency Maintenance Call” but we gave it a shot. We had a maintenance technician Josh return our call promptly, and offered to come by and take a look the next morning. He came the next morning like he said he would, reviewed the issue, and gave us a portable heater to use in the meantime while parts had to be ordered. A few days later unfortunately the replacement part wasn’t workin
The property in Ann Arbor has a great clubhouse that is newly updated. The property managers on site are so helpful and look to help their residents in anyway. Perfect location to everything Ann Arbor has to offer.
