The Social North Charles

I recently toured here and was quite pleased with everything overall. The apartments are amazing and the staff were pleasant. I have to highlight Shaquan, who has been so helpful and kind from the moment I first made contact. She is very knowledgeable and I can tell she genuinely enjoys helping others! She is great at what she does. She truly made the experience so pleasant and enjoyable. Thanks!

I wanted to share my recent experience with Jazzmin Penn (Leasing and Marketing Manager). We had a situation where we needed to move out of The Social given a change in situation. We were understood to be responsible for finding any new tenants to re-let the apartment for the rest of lease. Jazzmin made recommendations on how to find potential tenants and said that she would also "keep an eye out." As we were working through our search for a new tenant, Jazzmin contacted us and said that she had found a potential tenant. She was able to expedite the details and we were able to fully close out our lease and get the new tenant in - all inside of a long weekend. Leasing at Social North Charles has been an amazing experience, and a huge part of that is thanks to Tasia. Since she’s been here, the positive changes are impossible to miss. The leasing office feels more organized and welcoming, communication is clearer, and the entire leasing process is smoother and more professional. Tasia is knowledgeable, approachable, and truly cares about creating a great experience. Tours are informative and engaging, questions are answered quickly, and her follow-through makes everything feel stress-free and seamless. I had a great tour of The Social North Charles thanks to Jazzmin, she was training Kat, who was also very nice. She was super welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through the property and answer all my questions. The space itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and Jazzmin really made the experience enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for her if you’re checking the place out!

If I could give 0 stars, I really would. I still have one year left on my lease, but I already don’t want to stay here anymore.😅 I am even contacting other apartments for next year. The facilities here are so old. The elevators break again and again, almost every week this month. They never make sure all three elevators work at the same time. I really don’t understand why they can’t just replace them. One elevator has never worked since I moved in, and they just leave it there like decoration. Even the backup elevator is broken, and if it happens on the weekend, no one will fix it. The water also gets turned off suddenly for “maintenance,”the hot water can also be unavailable for no reasons. I have never lived in such a bad apartment. Maintenance does nothing, and management always says “
