The Skylar Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living in this condo. The building is well maintained, clean, and very comfortable — it truly feels like home. Management is responsive and always willing to help when needed, which makes a big difference. I especially want to give a special mention to the maintenance team, especially Ernesto who’s really professional and polite. They are amazing — always quick to respond, professional, and very friendly. Every time there’s an issue in my apartment, they fix it promptly and make sure everything is working perfectly before leaving. It’s rare to find a maintenance crew that cares this much about residents.

I had a water leak under my kitchen sink and contacted maintenance. The response was fast and professional. Ernesto came to my apartment, identified the issue right away, fixed the leak, and made sure everything was clean and working properly before leaving. He was courteous, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable. It’s a relief to know that when something goes wrong, the maintenance team—especially Ernesto—can be trusted to handle it correctly.

I recently moved into my new apartment, and I’m really impressed with everything. The amenities are top-notch, and the maintenance crew is fantastic! They’re professional, efficient, and always ready to help. A special shoutout to Ernesto, who truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

I am a resident at this condominium, and I love it!! The building is always clean, organized, I love the location, and more than anything, I love they allow pets!! Another thing that I like about the place is the maintenance. The maintenance team is amazing, especially Ernesto, he is always ready for anything you may need and his work is outstanding.

We had an excellent experience working with Giovanni, who I believe works on-site as the Assistant Manager. From the moment we reached out, he went above and beyond to help us find the perfect apartment. He made sure to follow up with us, made calls to clarify details, and toured us through the community twice. He truly seemed on top of his game, all while handling resident needs. I applaud his professionalism and the way he made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. He gave detailed answers to every question and really stood out. It was truly a pleasure working with him. As for the property itself, it looked well maintained. Everything was clean and smelled great. The amenities are great too, loved the roof/pool area and the gyms.
