This management company assumed responsibility for the building I was living in .. I had a deposit that I am remember to be $1,000+, as the deposit was greater than the money order limit at the post office. Unfortunately I am not local to the area & was just here temporarily for work - when I expressed to staff that my deposit was greater than the $500 they reported to me, they said they will need proof of such which is completely understandable, but when I showed my bank statement to them from the day I moved in they stated they need more details ,,, like the time is correlate and the transaction was to the post office which I had to use for a money order. The property manager at the New London office had promised us a dumpster closer to our building, LIKE WE HAD BEFORE SHE CAME ALONG. Now it's gone. Hasn't gotten a replacement Yet. It's been two years. And has been forgotten about. This is not the type of manager you want. Making disabled, elderly people walk down a dark parking lot to throw out trash. This is a reflection on her, on the lack of respect, or concern for the tenants. DISGUSTING, SAD, BEHAVIOR THIS COMPANY CONDONES THIS TYPE OF MANAGER To CONTINUE TO RUN THIS COMPLEX. AND LET GO ONE OF THE HARDEST WORKING MAINTENANCE GUYS SHE EVER HAD!!

We are owed money for our deposit and neither the leasing agent or manager is returning calls or emails. Rented at The Sounds in East Lyme and the quality of the apartments and attention to detail has declined, while they raise the rates. Glad to have moved out and will not recommend.

Do not rent from this company. Terrible management with no recourse to file a complaint. The website lists management but no contact information or oversite for the property manager who is very unprofessional. This property, Renaissance Apartments in Bridgeport, CT will give you the run around to return your security deposit.

Since taking over my complex in the fall of 2021 they have lost both property manager and custodian! Even after a flood caused by a faulty sprinkler system in three buildings they have not increased staff and instituted a no visit in person policy! Tennants are required to communicate by email or phone. I need not tell you that the calls are not answered and go to voicemail. My problem has been with their payment website, RentalCafe. Four payments have failed to process yet they offer no customer service and issue eviction notice for non-payment. Adrian Rodriques, a regional manager, is defensive, and does not follow up resorting to threatening residents.
