We’ve been blindsided by relentless construction since move-in.Scaffolding for Local Law 11 work blocked our windows—with zero notice before signing the lease—and we’ve endured deafening daytime noise for over eight months, with no end in sight. The rooftop, one of the building’s best amenities, closed early last summer and still hasn't reopened, without any update from management. Planned elevator updates and renovations to an apartment across our hallway were also incredibly disruptive (without prior notice). Impossible to work from home (we complained to the management and to Cushman Wakefield manager and got to know that some selective tenants received WeWork daypasses). The only construction project management was transparent about prior to move-in was hallway repair, and to-date, the

Heat and/or hot water go out on a regular basis. Entrance to 14th street doesn't work seemingly on a weekly basis, with no advanced notice from management. AVOID!

Are they clean windows after construction going the front desk are really good say all time keep building clean elevators everything good

It hasn't been the best. The doorman have been the best experience thus far, with the maintenance crew. They charge for the gym access, roof access isn't at your discloser, and if a person lies on you about anything management will believe them and you could be at risk for getting kicked out. Also, make sure you have a thousand dollars for moving in furniture, lastly if you move in, be aware, that they may let people use your reservation of the elevator for other tenants, so I'd take photos and videos.

I've been here for 1 month. And they are absolutely amazing and very gracious: I'm not use to that so I'm very grateful. Some places discriminate and they don't. I appreciate that. Overall they are very kind. They go out their way to make your living more situated and not make it seem like you're not uninvited, they keep you posted not matter what ( they will send emails and call you if anything is wrong) . The place is beautiful and including management: They go out their way to make sure you're okay, which is rare.
