After living here for a couple of months, I’d definitely recommend this complex. The grounds are kept pristine, the amenities are always maintained, and the neighborhood is overall quiet in my observation. While there isn’t pet rent, there is a fine associated with not cleaning after your pet (which everyone should do anyway). The pets and neighbors we have come across have all been friendly and social. The office staff, Ethan especially, are all so kind. We worked with him upon applying and move-in. He was efficient and helpful across the board. I will note they are strict whenever it comes to the 1st months rent, if you mistype your bank information or anything goes wrong with the payment, you will be responsible for check payments the rest of the lease. This was my mistake so I complete

The staff is over the top. My mother is here she loves her apt. They have security system inside apts. Amenities are great everything is clean and quiet.

The community is always clean and well taken care of, and the staff is super friendly and easy to work with. Maintenance is quick to respond, which makes a big difference. We have lived at the Shores for 2 years and just signed the lease for a 3rd year. We really only thought we would rent for a year and then buy our next home but we love it here. Ethan has been good to us from the very first contact. We have had no issues and love the new modern look of the apartments. We feel like we live at a resort. The amenities are just beautiful and they keep the grounds looking immaculate.

This community is a beautiful, relaxed place that immediately drew me in with its laid-back vibe. I love looking out at the nature preserve, where I get to see birds every day. Ethan, Shaza, and Christie are always friendly, thoughtful, and professional—I really appreciate their quick responses whenever I've reached out for support. It’s clear they’re committed to creating a happy, engaged community by organizing fun events and activities. I’m impressed that many residents have been here for years and are so welcoming to new neighbors with spontaneous get-togethers. The sense of community here is strong, and I often find myself chatting with neighbors while walking our dogs by the lake!
