My experience living here has been excellent! Community is very calm, secure and quiet. Units are modern and well‑maintained - We have regular safety maintenance, which keeps everything running smoothly. The common areas are always clean and well cared for and the location is very convenient with easy access to main roads. Staff is always helpful, friendly, and ready to assist us! A really great place to live!

We love living at The Shire! The staff here is so helpful. They really have a sense of community, too. Social events are planned frequently for things to do and meeting the neighbors. Safe place to live and timely response to minor issues or questions. Kim, Shannon, Lynn, Kevin, and Eric are quality people. Thanks for making our first rental experience a pleasure!

Have really enjoyed living in The Shire for the last two years. My unit is very nice, the grounds and amenities are well maintained, and everyone on staff has been very friendly and responsive whenever I've had a question or issue. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

place is clean, but they wont accept cats. I have a cat that is fixed, and has all updated shots. but was denied. why? now I have to tell the person that is watching her that I have to abandon my only cat of six years. despite all that the apartment is beautiful. I just wish I could have my cat here instead of leaving my cat at my grandparents. who now have to help me get my cat a new home. because they could only watch her for a little while.

I Loved Living There Paid My Rent On Time, Made Great Friends With Neighbors Tried To Renew My Lease They Told Me I Can’t Renew My Lease For Any Undisclosed Reason And They Are Requesting There Suite Back I Feel Like I Was Not Being Treated Fairly Especially When I Was Nothing But Respectful To Everybody & Great Tenant I Tried To Reach Out For A Week Still Haven’t Heard Back From Anybody Not Fair.
