Moving in was a breeze. The management team was more than accommodating. Really nice people. The apartment itself is really quiet and kept really clean. It’s perfectly situated on 19th and Mercer with cute shops and places to eat..

The same issue I encountered like others. I have a confirmed appointment today September 13, 2024 at 4pm PDT. Don't bother making appoinments or doing tour on this Property as I read that there is an utter disregard of people's time from this Apartment/leasing company. I used a 4-hr vacation just to get off work early to go to this appointment, wasted gas money, wasted time and effort and just overall a huge disappointment to arrive here to NOTHING. They will also have at least 4 differenr numbers posted on the door, by the ringer, from the email and by the side of the property, I called all of them several times and no one answered. I don't make that much but will the Leasing company refund me my 4-hr vacation, gas money and wasted effort? Also they will call and confirm your appointment,

It's been 3 months since I moved out and I still haven't received my security deposit. Leasing office never replies to their emails and rarely answers their calls. Prepare for unresponsive management if you choose to live here. Overpriced too, they only contact you when they want to squeeze more money out of you after communicating poorly. When I moved in they told me to come pick up my key any time before my move-in date but then sent me a charge for extra rent for the extra days I had the key without alerting me that would be the case before. They told me my final utilities bills would be taken care of from my security deposit but kept sending me utilities charges anyway and not returning my deposit.

Excellent building and fantastic location! The leasing team lead by Wyntre was excellent and super responsive. Abby the property manager has also been great to work with!

Booked a tour and they cancelled at literally the last minute—via email—right as the tour was supposed to start 🤷 Tried calling using call box and via leasing office phone number, no answer. Not a good look! Edit in reply to owner response: There was no communication prior to the scheduled time about the cancellation via phone, text, or email. The only communication was at exactly 4:30 PM, which is when the tour was scheduled to start.
