Yes office staff is nice then they get you in and stop replying to your email. Starting off with the broken down appliance they give you refrigerator comes with roaches and missing shelf’s or broken . Dish washer also missing parts . Luckily I only use mine to store my pots . You would think they clean out the apartment completely before they let you move . They forgot to take out someone I’m assuming crack pipe . Oh a the cabinets looks like they would fall apart inside so it’s best not to place anything in them will the ones on the side of the stove close to the ground . Then you got all these people just selling drugs smoking weed outside throwing trash outside makes it very unpleasant to walk out my apartment. I almost moved here a few years ago. On my moves in date my apartment was not ready for move in but they wanted me to sign the lease. I said no I’ll send the lease after I view the apartment. They said the apartment would be ready the next day. I go back the next day. They gave me the keys to the apartment so that I could go look at it . There was no refrigerator and no stove . They were still trying to get me to sign the lease . They said the appliances would be put in by the end of the day. They let me keep the keys. I go back the next day (this is the 2nd day after my initial move in day). They put a roach infested stove in the apartment. The staff at The Selena Apartments are wonderful they helped me get approved for an apartment everything went smooth. They are doing lots of updates to the property. Affordable prices.

I love the way I’m feeling since I moved in to Selena. I feel comfortable and happy living here with my two daughters in my apartment and I love their services thanks for the manager Cindy

I visited the Selena apartments and their staff is very welcoming. I was kind of skeptical with the bad rep that complex has. The leasing girls answered all my question . Safe to say this will be my apartment choice
