The Scholls

I just moved in here a couple months ago, I decided to move in here because Marci made me very comfortable and they really did a lot of work on my apartment before I moved in. Thank you to Conner and all the wonderful people to make this community beautiful. I have had a lovely experience living here so far. I enjoy my neighbors also! It’s nice to have people to socialize with. I highly recommend living here. They are very understanding about everything (paying rent late, etc)

Management and maintenance are great, it's the people that live here who are rough. People always smoking in the apartments despite it being against the lease, gang meetups in the parking lot at 3 am, and the smoking area always smelling heavily of marijuana. Would be better if the rules were enforced more, but I understand only so much can be done. As an older resident, it has been rough.

I've lived at the Scholl's apartments for almost 2 decades. Recently Affinity took over the apartments and have new owners that have hired one of my favorite managers and maintenance guys.. Great service. The apartments are remodeled, less crime, quiet, clean, and neighbors are nice. I love living here even more now!

The staff is so friendly helpful and kind. They are always very quick about expediting any work order that I may have requested. Whenever I have a question the office staff gets back to me usually the same day. They genuinely seem like they want to help you with whatever problem or question that may arise.

Marcy is a management machine. Whatever she is getting paid, triple it. She is so attentive and quick to address needs while staying so respectful and kind. I have never interacted with a property manager who cares so much about the tenants. She single handedly deserves a 5 star review.
