I wanted to thanks the Resident Coordinator for everything she has done for my mom and I during our living in 334 Massachusetts ave. She was always professional , very friendly and helpful. She had always tried to get my mom involved in community activities . And the Supervisor of Maintenance and staffs…everything we need fix in the apartment. They immediately come to repair the problems. But the Manager has been not friendly towards my mother and I . But my mother and I didn’t care must about him and how feel about us personally . We tried to treat all your neighbors in the building with kindness and respect. I will missed living here and the location . Best wishes

Be VERY CAUTIOUS reaching out to this company. I was interested in renting a place at Hampton Court Apartments in Northampton, MA but they property manager (Nikki Anderson) and her manager at this company (Caroline Fortin) we’re extremely unprofessional and hard to get a response from. I have proof below. They treated me like a burden while dragging my application along. I feel like after being ignored multiple times and asking for an update on an application after a week is reasonable. I don’t understand how you can tell my “tone” through email. Maybe pick up the phone and call people to talk to them. No one wants to do their job today and wants to point the finger. Do yourself a huge favor and LOOK ELSEWHERE - DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY

This company manages one in lynn miriam Garden. Which their office has their own regulations putting elderly in a harsh environment and the state never investigate. No professionals exterminator, no city inspection, mold, landscape is terrible, waiting list questions, management luck of ethics and rude especially with elderly. The list goes on and on.

I just moved here and so far I love it. It's quiet here. The people in the office are super helpful and nice. I have recommended it to others. Glad I found this place
