Wonderful property manager! Love the maintenance team! Spectacular community too 10/10
The building itself is ok. The property management isn't responsive, the maintenance staff does the job half way and the noises from upstairs and downstairs neighbors is a pain in the neck. I also experience small earthquakes, the walls and doors vibrate every time my upstairs neighbor paces around. I'm looking forward to terminating my lease because this place sucks!!
Hallway smelled like clean cat litter, but the apartments were nice
Great location with community gardening across the street
Didnt die eventhough it is made of brick.
