I lived here since June of this year and by far this is the worst place to live I had been hospitalized for my asthma due to the mold the apartments are infested with bugs I was without a refrigerator for 3 months and nobody gave a care heat didn’t work if I was yall I WOULDNT WASTE MY TIME AT ALL

I just gave my notice to vacate, and I think the email I wrote is a decent explanation for why I have chosen to not renew my lease. "Hello, I hope your Thanksgiving was fulfilling! I'm writing to give you my notice to vacate unit 15 F. I'd like to be clear, the reason I am choosing to not renew my lease is because of your inability to fully remediate the flood damage that occurred after the water heater burst, as well as your general lack of urgency or concern to address the issue at all. From the time the water heater burst and flooded the apartment to the time that you finally acquiesced to halfway fixing the issues, 12 days had lapsed. Had I not gone into the office repeatedly to speak to you, I doubt anything would have been done at all. Another reason I am not resigning the lease

Regrettably I just renewed my 3rd lease here and every since the complex was bought out by this new S2 residential, the maintenance has taken a nosedive, only now we pay a mandatory $70 fee each month for it. Trash overflowing daily, construction workers leaving garbage everywhere, pests, everyone we have spoken to about these issues has been rude and defensive including some man in a suit who then complained about us to someone on the phone within earshot and cursing! Absolutely unprofessional, passive aggressive emails about the pool being CLOSED FOR THE SEASON before labor day...it's a joke that they try to market themselves as luxury. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS APTS COMPLEX NEVER!!!!!!‼️‼️ Whorse experience ever... I have not a/c since I move in. i have been at the office many times. I was there the whole week asking for the stove replacement, (is an "renewed" apt) the a/c not cooling, i have the danm ceiling peeling down, floors are lifted, holes in the walls, gabinet are missing I did an work order and they didn't showed up until today DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY PAYING FOR SOMETHING IS NOT WORTHY🤢👎🏻
