The Savoy Apartments

Honestly the way these apartments are has nothing to do with the office assistant or the people who worked for them in the past. I love every single individual who worked in the office, they were beyond nice and professional. The issue is with the Owner, the Person who decided to by these apartments and do NOTHING to upgrade them or fixed the issues inside and out but wants to go up on the Rent every Year. Sounds like Greed to me the greed that is spoke about in the Bible. As a God fearing woman and a Prophet these apartments will not flourish in anyway if the needs aren't met, it's already showing by the amounts of empty apartments that are available. For starters Ashley has went above and beyond for my family and I! She made sure everything I pointed out with concerns was taken care of immediately! Her and her husband stayed late just to make sure my home was move in ready! She handled every issue I had, she from the day I met her kept her word, she helped me in so many ways and made sure I got into a home and was very fast about it! She said she would work with me and she did! Way more than anyone else ever has! I’m forever grateful to that woman! They need more managers like her! She made it where my home is safe and very nice and I love it!! So thank you Ashley from the bottom of my heart for making this such a great experience even through the hiccups!! This place is roach infested pest control showed up one time out of a year didn’t feel comfortable even eating down stairs or getting a snack for my kids at night because it would look like these pictures below because of all the roaches that was around and they charge to high there’s been three different owners in one year and definitely scam people out there money not worth it at all, the play ground has never been clean so your kids will be playing on a dirty play ground only good thing is that it is quiet, but move in at your own risk. Just slum F5 apartment whole F building is infested with roaches

The place is not as it looks on the outside I been dealing wit mod and roaches for years doors in the house fell down very unprofessional I called all the times to report stuff the maintenance guy don't do his job the staff show favoristm in some people I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay out there at all the whole building is roach infestation mod in the houses the the walls and ceiling so weak that its easy to fall in if people have kids I will not recommend them to stay out there at all..........
