The management is very rude and very dishonest, the tenants have no respect, the property is garbage, management don't take care of their building, their hardly in the office more important if you have a voucher I strong recommend you don't live there, they will try to make you lose it

Process to apply for an apartment home was horrible. My 67 year old mother fell in love with the place to finally be disappointed. Follow up from staff was non-existent. We had to chase after staff to finally find out we needed to provide more information after having already provided additional details and documents twice over 4 weeks. We felt there was some sort of bias as we either didn’t belong to the church on property or didn’t share in the cultural background of most of the tenants. We received dirty looks from tenants. All being said facility is brand new and for the most part nicely built. There is no pool and there is a lack of other amenities you would find in other fixed income senior communities. I hope any future applicants have a better time then we did.

Very clean and quiet. quiet place good place to require

The manager there is nasty and don't know how to talk to people horrible management service don't take your grandma or father there

I sent them an email after 7:40pm and they called the very next morning.
