The atmosphere in this area is amazing. Office staff is very helpful and welcoming. A special shout out to Heather for being a great communicator answering all questions and fulfilling needs. To Samantha for being an amazing help. And to Hector who also makes sure you are in good standing! Great community to live in! Highly recommend!

I’ve really been enjoying my time at the Residences at Barnett. The exposed brick walls give the apartment so much character and make the space feel warm and unique. The location is also a big plus—I’m close to everything downtown, and I love being able to walk to Art Walk every first Wednesday of the month. The team has been very responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. Overall, it’s been a great experience and I’m happy living here.

I have lived in this complex for over 6 months and I have no complaints! Especially since the new company has taken over in December. I notice improvement in the cleanliness of amenities, trash rooms and the overall establishment. The maintenance workers (Hector and his colleague - I forgot his name) are so helpful, friendly and quick! I put in a request and the next day they were there!! The other employees in the office are super kind and reachable as well! Overall recommend this complex!

This is a beautiful secure gated apartment complex near the airport and shopping centers on north side of Jacksonville. There is a dog park and walking trail around a fountain. My only complaints are that some renters do not respect their home. They should do better at picking up their dog’s poop and respecting the trash rules. Maintenance needs to run the sweeper machine to clean halls more frequently. Elevators cleaned daily which is good. Stairs are filthy. If they would just take a heavy duty leaf blower to the stairs and entrances it would really improve the level of standards to show this is a great place to live. Too many people smoke weed here. We have been living here for a year and one month. The previous management was much better — they responded quickly and actually communicated with residents. The new management completely ignores residents’ requests: they do not respond to messages or emails, despite promising that things would improve.The office staff is unfriendly. During a visit to the office, none of the employees greeted us or offered any assistance.The apartment itself is very nice, but the cleanliness of the community is poorly maintained. There is a constant smell of marijuana, dog waste is left everywhere, and there is often a strong smell of urine. Unfortunately, I do not recommend living here.
