The Sage Apartments

Living in this community has been a great experience. Kaylee and Marissa in the front office are excellent—they’re approachable, professional, and always ready to help. The property is well-maintained, and I really appreciate how management keeps the community secure, clean, and running smoothly. I also value that residents are encouraged to maintain a tidy environment, which makes this a welcoming and enjoyable place to live.

I have been here for 5 months and am very happy here. The office staff is very friendly and responsive. I moved down here from Massachusetts in June, and this is unlike any of my experiences up there. We are blessed to have Marissa and Kaylee on site to handle any issues. The maintenance staff is also very responsive, and makes repairs quickly. In addition, Marissa and Kaylee are making the effort to get more community engagement with a Halloween trick or treat night and a Friendsgiving pot luck dinner later this month.

I am extremely disappointed with the management at The Sage Apartments. After my apartment flooded with black water on December 2nd, causing serious damage to the baseboards and drywall, I received little to no meaningful support from the office. The only action taken was placing drying fans in my unit—using my electricity—while I was forced to leave and stay elsewhere due to unsafe living conditions. Communication from management has been minimal, and there has been no compensation or clear plan for repairs. The lack of urgency and care for residents’ well-being is unacceptable. I expected much better from a property of this caliber. If you value prompt service and responsible management, I recommend looking elsewhere.

I’ve been here for a bit over a year now and so far we’ve had no major issues! Maybe some dogs off leash here and there but otherwise we get fast responses from maintenance requests and the front office has been great to us.

I have been here almost two years and it is the best choice I have ever made. Love the hospitality, quick repairs, friendly management: Marissa, Edyn and Kaylee. I recommend it to.everyone!
