Ryan Haley and team were incredible as we searched for a property in Ocean City! When we first thought about doing this, we had a hard time finding a realtor. I made an inquiry on a property and Ryan personally reached out. We arranged a phone call and he talked with me for an hour! From that day forward, Ryan walked us through every step of the way. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable and we felt like we were the only people he was working with though we know busy he is running his firm! We spent many Saturday’s with him and really got to know him and like him! He became a friend. He also helped us navigate to settlement, arranged to meet a contractor at our place for a quote and even calmed us down for last minute issues!! He worked for the seller, but would not return calls to our agent (buyer) and actually turned us off from making a higher offer. Would not want to work with him again.
