The Rubicon at Reynolds Ranch

BEWARE: I enjoyed living in my unit for the first year. When I went to renew they jacked the rent up significantly which seems to be a common thing for them which leads to the high turnover of the units. When I went to move out they tried to charge me for every little thing. For painting their was no damage and only minor wear consistent with a year and a half use yet I was charged for painting. We cleaned the unit and all the cabinets etc thoroughly till the point it was cleaner then when I moved in yet they still charged for cleaning. We did a check in and walk through with maintenance before we moved out and he said the carpets were due to be replaced so they would be fine. Even with that they charged me nearly $450 for carpet. I also asked about the blinds and he said they were fine. E

I’ve lived here for 2 months, I absolutely love it. My 1 bed 1 bath is perfect for my husband and 2 animals. There are doggy stations everywhere and a great sized paw park on site. I use the pool at least once a week and there is enough space for comfortable “social distancing”. The only downside to living here is that we were sold on the gym and it’s basically been closed since we got here. It was due to Covid, so I totally understand. They recently accommodated by adding spin bikes outside ! Overall if you can comfortably afford this place, you will love it. Everything is near by, including the travel time to major cities (Im not from Lodi so I love that it’s right off the freeway). The owner of the complex is incredibly kind and humble. So far I have absolutely 0 complaints.

Coming up on a year living here. Yes it is pricey, but you do get your money's worth. Grounds are always clean, maintenance responds in less than half a day for routine issues, amenities are great and well kept. We have had no issues with noise, trash, or parking. Looking forward to renewing my lease.

This was a great transition apt for my family coming to Lodi. The apartment was very nice and accommodating for my small kids. The staff was extremely helpful and when it was time to move into my home the transition was extremely painless to get out my lease. We enjoyed the pool also.

I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in the area. I recently moved out after living there a little over a year and have 0 complaints. I lived on the third floor so I can not speak to any noise from above but overall very safe community, well kept property with great staff from the office to the maintenance team. I had beautiful sunset views from my apartment windows and enjoyed the amenities. I appreciate the way the team handled the COVID pandemic when it came to lease renewal and their communication and clarity when they decided to start term leases back up. Reserved parking spot was a plus and walking distance/10 mins drive from grocery, fast food and downtown Lodi.
