The Royalton at Chapel Creek

Love it here ! If you’re looking for good clean apartments, this is it. They take very good care of the grounds. There’s a dog park. A swimming pool with a lounge pool area on both sides , a gym that is very clean and maintained. A great indoor to outdoor commons area for entertaining/ private parties (I’ve seen people throw baby showers under the commons or community area as it’s completely covered but still open to the pool area) they have a kitchen available for the rec area and a large indoor community center area . Very clean all around. The staff is super friendly and kind. Maintenance is quick when needed .

I had a great experience at The Royalton at Chapel Creek thanks to Poppy and the amazing staff. Poppy was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and full of positive energy from the moment I arrived. She greeted me with a warm smile, listened carefully, and communicated clearly throughout our conversation. I had an unexpected (and honestly stressful) situation when my phone fell into a sewer drainage area at the complex. I was completely panicked, but the manager Vanessa and Tyale from the leasing office stepped in immediately to help me. They were calm, kind, and went above and beyond to assist me in getting my phone back. What could have been a total disaster turned into a moment where I felt genuinely supported by the management team. It really meant a lot to me that they didn’t brush it off or treat it like it wasn’t their problem. Their professionalism and willingness to help made a huge difference. I truly appreciate the care and responsiveness from the office staff, thank you again, Vanessa and Tyale!

Poppy has been amazing to work with! She’s always friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely cares about making sure residents feel comfortable and taken care of. She made my move-in process stress-free and continues to be a reliable resource whenever I need help. Definitely the best leasing agent I’ve had! I really appreciate everything she does!

Bart is amazing!! He is our maintenance guy and both times I have reached out, he has responded in less than 3 hrs. He is so thorough and I really appreciate everything he does for our community!! My experience here at The Royalton has been nothing short of amazing. Every single person I have came in contact with has been so kind and helpful! Especially Tyale and Poppy! You guys are amazing and truly make a difference.
