While living here the elevator intercom in this apartment threatened and cursed me out (not joking I have it on video) and also the man on the intercom counted how many of us were on the elevator which scared me to the point of moving. Management was also very rude. Besides that it is a convenient location and I loved the Beacon community it offered.
