I had a great experience with the maintenance team here. Our dryer and ceiling light stopped working, and the office quickly arranged a repair. Brian came over and fixed everything very efficiently. He was professional, friendly, and solved the issues much faster than I expected. Really appreciate the prompt service — thank you Brian and the team!

Jennifer, Brian, and Audrey have been such a great help throughout our move. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and they’ve always addressed our concerns right away with kindness and professionalism. We truly appreciate how responsive and attentive they are. My kids especially love that the office celebrates special occasions with goodies for them — little touches for holidays like Valentine’s Day and Easter make it feel extra welcoming and community-oriented.

The Row has been a great place to live, amplified by the amazing staff that do their absolute best to cater to the needs of the residents. I have had close to zero complaints living here, I only wish I could have stayed longer! We unfortunately lost our roommate and could not afford to continue to live there, although that's more of a comment on Bellevue real estate rather than the apartment itself. I had a small issue with our move out balance that was rectified eventually and while annoying, was not a huge deal. OMG! I'm so happy to live here at the Row. Management is great! I was super stressed out about trying to get my paperwork done, questions answered and " oh my , apple pie" Jennifer helped me in seconds. The team is so good both managers are super nice. The property is neat and clean, no overflowing garbag. My apartment has a beautiful view. I love looking at the trees and the beautiful fall leaves. I would definitely recommend The Row! ( Also it's close to the mall, and on bus line)
