The Row at Barrett

I noticed that a negative review for this property seems easier to do then then the positive. I would like to make a positive review. And before I do that I want to say first that there is NO PERFECT property unless you want to purchase your own and make it that. With that, my family and I have been a resident of The Row/Manor for a few years. We have enjoyed our stay here and we love the amenities and the people we have met and now call our neighbors. In regards, to the leasing office I have not had a bad experience, JASMINE and MATHEW have always been accommodating and very nice. The maintenance team has responded within 24 hours, every, single, time! Dear folks, who’s looking to find your dream apartment, please read this. There is a reason why a luxury apartment has a 4.1 star rating I’m currently moving out early from my lease due to a roach issue in my apartment. I feel like I have not gotten any real help nor accountability … I moved in 2024 shortly after grand opening when it was owned by a different management company and my experience was great at FIRST. Now that more residents are moving in they are bringing roaches with them, this has been an ongoing issue with multiple residents per One of the staff members. My neighbors have also reported roach sightings. Jaida always gives great customer service.Her attire and fashion is very elegant, to the point and ready for business...her knowing is almost as if she doesn't even have to look your way. The leasing staff is very professional and cater to what is needed so you can just live and feel Lively.... The lady that mops is a very hard worker and needs a financial increase...bruh ..shes got one mean game of pool and alway keeps the gyms atmosphere a breathe full of fresh air and the floors kept very well...The size of the property is just the right size and the design is off the chain...I appreciate you ..Thank you Manor Barrett....

Hate to leave this review because when I first moved in this apartment complex (Manor Barret) it was truly enjoyable. I have been here for over a year and had unfortunately just renewed my lease prior to the new name (The Row at Barret) and new management. The apartment looks nice, but has been taken over my new management and the quality seems to have gone down tremendously. Generally, the management seems to have less care for residents and be less accomodating. The best part about the apartment is the community of neighbors that live here (which I imagine won’t stay long) as all of the negative impacts of this transition start to take form.

Don’t believe any 5 star review. Listen to the recent low reviews. Having lived there 2 years, I can tell you what your days will be like. Weekday mornings, expect to be awoken by doors slamming, people running down the hallways, and the garbage truck banging around 7:30am. If you live near the stairs, double it. People fly through the parking lot, racing to the gate and sometimes smashing into it. A monthly occurrence. I’ve almost been hit 4-5 times. Parking spaces are too small for most vehicles, your car will get dinged and scratched. A lot. It’s mandatory paid parking…or at least it’s supposed to be. They don’t monitor this at all. People will constantly be waiting at the gate to follow you in. Look out for untrained and aggressive dogs. They will bark, charge, and pull away from their
