The Rousseau Apartments

I love living in this gated community . It's very quiet, and everything is updated in the units. The complex is the most desirable that I found in the area. A major feature of the apartment homes is their size, spaciousness, and luxury. The location is amazing and close to Woodward Park.The management here is the best I have ever experienced(Liz is awesome)! If you need maintenance you can give them a call, and they will be right to you on it.

My mom and I were in a time crunch to get an apartment and Elizabeth at the Rousseau Apartments was so accommodating. She communicated with us in a timely and professional manner. She answered all of our questions with patience and kindness. Even those questions we asked more than once lol. Looking for an apartment under a time crunch like ours is never easy and can be really stressful but Elizabeth made the process feel like a walk in the park. I am so grateful we found the Rousseau apartments and that we have the opportunity to work with such a wonderful person like Elizabeth. We have a home now and we owe it all to her and the Rousseau.

I have lived her since October and have had an amazing experience. The Management is professional and friendly. They fix any issues quickly and accommodate us. The gym is so nice and always clean and fresh. The grounds are always clean and the trash is always clean. The amenities are great and always kept clean. Great place to live!

The apartment and area it’s self amazing. Manager how ever A BULLY ESPECIALLY IF YOUR IN YOUR EARLY 20s she’ll compare you to her kids as if you shouldn’t be here if your young or something . Our neighbors do the exact thing we do & who gets a notice ONLY US. Not to mention if you don’t answer maintenance will just open your apartment door. Called the property owner to speak about this hopefully we don’t get the same treatment from her

We haven’t even moved in yet and I am already impressed! Management’s communication is excellent and they made the leasing process a breeze! I cannot wait to move in! Thank you Elizabeth and Team for your help with everything!
