We have been a tenant with Rosenblum since they acquired the 187 Wolf Road property several years ago. The first improvements they made were to the restrooms and common spaces and it made an incredible difference in the building and was a very welcome upgrade. Every time we have needed anything in our office suite, they are very responsive and fixed the problem immediately. I have worked with the Rosenblum team very closely over the years and they are fantastic to work with. If you are looking for office space or co-working space, you need to check out their offerings. The new HONE co-working space is also amazing and would highly recommend you see for yourself -it’s gorgeous!

We are so happy to be tenants with Rosenblum Company. We have worked in the building for over a year and also Rosenblum helped to construct a beautiful office for us. If an issue arises I have felt confident to reach out and have felt 100% satisfied with their prompt and quality service.
