I might have drove them a bit crazy with all the twists and turns but Sam always just went with it and provided excellent service and incredible turn around time. 1) Sam let me call him for YEARS 2) Sam was funny (this is truly an added plus, but it is part of what made the experience great) 3) Sam was flexible and found solutions (this is 100% the main reason I would recommend him) 4) Sam knew what he was doing - he was up to speed on recent things happening in the market (lawsuits, specifically), as well a having decades of experience. 5) This is going to sound goofy - he also wasn't intimidated by having to go find stuff out, and didn't mind if we questioned him on EVERYTHING. It never felt like Sam minded the process - did he say was going to "hand hold" us through the process? Yes. And he did. And he did it in a nice calming manner. Go Sam!!!!!
