The Rosedale

Julie is so amazing & exceedingly helpful! When asked about the property, she immediately responded with helpful information and fulfilled all questions and concerns. She even took the initiative to find us a few units to tour including the study rooms, gym, and lounge areas. With being a full time college student, it can be difficult finding reasonable, safe, and affordable properties. But, with thanks to Julie, this experience was a breeze.

The worst place you can live, the management is terrible, they show up at uni events to sugarcoat students as much as they can and make you rent a room there, they also blame you and charge for things you didn’t do and then refuse to refund you your full deposit for it, the whole building smells like smoke and the rooms are very overpriced. The place is not even safe to live by, you can hear gunshots at 3am. You can get better apartments nearby the university for less price.

Loved living here. The place is clean, quiet, and the staff could not be more friendly and helpful. The amenities are nice and super safe. I could not possibly say enough good things about the staff. They always answer the phone, reply to emails, and take care of things promptly

I lived at the Rosedale for over a year before moving out early due to safety concerns. The gates and building doors were rarely secure, so going out after dark felt unsafe. Gunshots were a regular sound, and I saw suspicious people wandering around the complex. The noise level was another issue—walls, floors, and ceilings are so thin that I was constantly woken up by neighbors, traffic, and loud music from cars at the nearby light. Homeless people frequently searched through the trash, and I often got catcalled while taking my dog out. The front gate was broken and left open for months, despite complaints.
