The Roseberry

I had a really great experience living at The Roseberry. From the start, everything just felt easy — the leasing process was simple, the move-in was smooth, and the staff was always helpful and friendly. Anytime I needed a repair or had a question, they responded quickly and took care of it without any hassle. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. Everything worked well, and any issues with appliances or utilities were resolved in a timely manner. I always felt safe here — which was super important to me. The common areas, like the gym and lounge, were well taken care of and always clean. I lived there for about 3 years. Overall, I’d definitely recommend living at The Roseberry. It was a great place to call home.

The building itself looks great from the outside, but living here has been extremely disappointing. Ongoing issues with loud neighbors, strong marijuana odors, and poor cleanliness make it uncomfortable to live here. Large trash bags are left in the hallways from Friday through Sunday, creating an unsanitary environment, even though pickup isn’t until Sunday evening. Having guests over is embarrassing due to the noise and cleanliness. Parking enforcement is also excessive—parking even slightly over the line results in large warning stickers threatening towing. Overall, management does not seem to enforce basic standards of cleanliness or resident consideration. Luxury living where?? June can't get here quick enough.

Wow! This place is amazing. There are so many things to say that set the community apart. The cool architecture of the buildings, the beautiful clubhouse with the grand piano and the pool are my favorites. The management team is wonderful and I would like to say Alex is maintenance in great! I love ❤️ the rose garden. They even encourage us to clip them to enjoy in our apartment.

Visited this place with my daughter intentionally wearing loungewear and despite what the reviews say about getting poor treatment if your not wearing designer, we were warmly greeted by Andrew and was shown the apartment by a lovely young lady Ashley and went through the application process with Michelle. All of which were friendly, professional and helpful. The apartments themselves are nicely designed, quiet and feel safe. The kitchen and rooms are a fairly decent size, the gym is well equipped with plenty of machines, the pool is well maintained and of a nice size as well. Grounds were kept clean. Priced fairly. Amongst other apartments in the immediate area, although I’m not a resident yet I’d highly recommend.

Speed bumps are needed in this neighborhood as someone stated below. Cars are always flying through the parking lot and not cautious of small kids or anyone for that matter, It’s very inconsiderate
