Do not rent from them. I lived at Lumen Residences in Willits. First off - charged too much for minimal amentinies. Terrible move out experience - charged an excessive amount for cleaning even though we paid for professional cleaners per our lease. Myself and my roommate deep cleaned for multiple days and left the place spotless. It has been over 1 month and we still haven't received our security deposit.

It's great to have Romero Group as our building manager. I can always get someone on the phone, which is what you want as an owner and you need some help or have a question. A big shout out to Matt and Wade from the Willits office who are always super-helpful -- they know the building inside and out and can answer general questions, and on occasion pop over to advise as to whether I need to call out an expert repair person or if it is something basic like flipping circuit breakers. The care and maintenence of the building is top notch, it's clean and safe and bigger issues are handled with efficiency. I highly recommend the Romero Group.

I didn’t have hot water for a month and a half after opening several maintenance requests and the property manager is rude. Sorry - to clarify in response to the owner's reply below... I did not word the above well... the maintenance team is wonderful and did respond to our several maintenance requests in a timely fashion. They are kind and did their best to fix our issue, and yes they brought in outside contractors at a certain point. But it doesn't change the fact that we showered in our sink more than in our actual shower for a month and a half and potential renters should know.

These people operate a mafia style parking violation racket in Aspen village. I parked for one night to bring my girlfriend food and assist her because she was sick possibly with covid-19. I got up to go towork in the morning and noticed a $30 ticket on my vehicle. I've talked to other people who have the same experience.
