Ive had their maintenance also try to BREAK IN to my place and act like they didnt. You guys think offering $100 is gonna give u the reviews u need. Think again. Their rates remain competitive, and our monthly transactions have always been seamless. They also enforce a strict no-smoking policy and consistently keep the halls clean and smelling fresh. Pets are welcome too, which is a plus. Although they only offer studio units, the size variations provide solid options. I have lived at The Rivet for approximately five months, though “survived” might be a more accurate description. This has been one of the most disappointing living experiences I’ve ever had. For nearly $2,000 per month, one would expect at least basic standards of comfort and maintenance, but instead it feels more like paying for a poorly run hotel. Parking is neither free nor secure — the lot is not gated, and there are no cameras to safeguard vehicles. Management also assumes no responsibility for damages that occur. The on-site laundry facilities are another frustration: the washers do not properly clean clothes, while the dryers risk scorching them. Customer service is equally poor. I've been here for about a month now, and so far, it hasn't been bad. The studio is nice and simple, which works well for just me. The updated fixtures and nice countertops are definite advantages. Street parking can be a hassle for those who don't have a designated spot yet, but overall, everything has been good. It seems they have received some negative reviews in the past, but they have made real efforts to address the complaints left by others, which is appreciated.

I was very impressed by the welcome I received from Nadine. She was very helpful and friendly. All of my questions were answered during my visit. She was also very helpful, I use a walker to get around, and she opened the doors for me. The facility is very clean, and modern looking. It is quite appealing.
