The Riverview Apartments

Interesting that my previous negative review was removed… ? How!? No problem- I’ll post another. I moved out after multiple cops were banging on a tenants door, with a ram rod! It was the gunshot that had me saying goodbye. I only lived here for six months! The Riverview has no idea who is actually living at their property. I’m still getting reminder emails to “pay my balances”, and I left there in Sept. of 2022. If they don’t know I’m not living there, they certainly aren’t aware of anyone’s criminal history, No one is checking the tenants. The units - Black mold. Mushrooms growing from the ceiling. Unsupervised groups of children running, playing, knocking on random doors, toys blocking walkways - No consideration for the handicapped. And that brings me to my biggest complaint. I eve

Would definitely recommend finding somewhere else if it’s possible. If this is your only choice, it’s doable but I’d expect you have issues. Especially for the satellite apartment site, River Front. 1.) the buildings themselves are old and were renovated in 2023. They did a terrible job. Bottom tier appliances, garbage disposals, drains, etc. They just painted a thin layer of paint and slapped down some vinyl floors, put in really cruddy cabinets, and called it a day. I’ve actually had to have separate maintenance companies come out and fix the install job that the company did, especially the drains. I would highly recommend Riverview apartments. They really do try to make everybody happy. Make sure you ask for Evelyn or Maddie they’re both awesome and really do try to work with you. Also, their maintenance staff are very responsive and very respectful.

I have lived here for 10 years and it's wonderful. Office staff are incredibly helpful and kind. They check in on me weekly. They also come to my house and help me pay my rent every month. Maintenace orders are done timely and always with a smile. I really enjoy living here and plan on renewing my lease for the next few years. me. I would recommend living elsewhere. I lived here for a year and had multiple issues and frustrations. My biggest issue was the water bill. It was always so high no matter how much water I used/didn’t use. I was somehow charged MORE for water on my last month even though I had moved out midway through the month. How was my water bill for two weeks more than double a full months use of water? I’m pretty sure the complex is just charged as a whole, and then they divide it up evenly, which is ridiculous considering all of the leaks and pipe breaks throughout the complex. Speaking of leaks/pipes, I had so many leaks in my apartment, especially when I first moved in. These apartments are very old, and have a lot of issues because of it.
