The River Subdivision

I have no idea the quality of the subdivision and I have never been there. However, this post is not about that it is about the incorrect location on Google maps as you can easily see by the picture it is pinned in the center of downtown Ball Ground. The reason that it did that is that 100 Whidby Farm Lane does not exist and when Google maps finds a nonexistent address it posts it in the geographic center of the ZIP Code. This is a notification to the owner that you really need to fix this so people can find you. A friend of mine lives in this house that this incorrectly pinned at. This incorrect pinning of many other places happens frequently and he gets to meet a lot of interesting people. LOL

I would not recommend buying here. The real estate agent and builder are misleading. We tried to purchase a spec home here and it did not go well. At first they said we could make changes and them builder said no changes. He would not compromise- bo customer service. We ran for the hills and bought elsewhere. The realtor Tony Turner was hard to get ahold off and something was off about the whole transaction. The listing is still for sale over a year on the market-209 River Trail. The neighborhood is located near a commercial area. Amazon is building a location in that commercial area which will bring in tons of truck traffic.
