The Rio Apartments

Yessica was very friendly, explained all fees also, gave me a tour of the property. Assured me that I found the right place to stay.In the event I have questions, Yessica gave me her business card along with a flyer with all fees so there was no information she had not given me today. I most definitely will remember her kindness. Thank you Yessica

Update!!!! Oh my have things turned around since my first review. We have a new property manager by yhe name of Yessica. She has been a godsend. She came in the middle of chaos and took ownership and listened to my issues and concerns. Since she has been here I have no more bug issues. There was a major yet stressful repair done to the plumbing. My apartment really feels like home now. I am starting to actually enjoy the property. Good management makes a difference between a nightmare and healthy living. Thank you Yessica for taking the time to resolve all of the issues I moved into this place with. If I could give you 10 stars I would much deserved.......... ... I am a very honest person and I love the current property manager and I am sure this has been an issue prior to move in. Ho

Very disappointed in how bad this complex has gotten in the last 3 years or more. My car was towed twice after the guest passes kept melting. I was told the towing would be paused until the tow company issued proper placards that didn't melt and fall out of view. In total I've spent $385 in tow fees for things out of my control.

The apartment is a nest of bugs, Cockroaches, and all kinds of insects. Update: We addressed this issue when we first moved in. The leasing office and administration resolved it by swapping our apartment and compensating us. Their caring and empathetic approach, as if they were in our shoes, made us feel at home. And since then, we have never gotten any issues.

Do not rent at The Rio , you will never be able to get a good night sleep, because there are people playing loud music in their car every night across the street. So much noise coming from tally ho .these pictures are taken outside of my apartment at 3:00 am .if you are looking for an apartment, and you come across my review please do yourself a favor do not rent at the rio . You will regret it. As I’m editing this review I hear Gun shots outside. I’ll keep you guys updated, I won’t let anyone go through what I’m going through, and you’ll be paying close to $2000 a month for an apartment. You might as well find something nicer.
