The Ridge

ONCE AGAIN, DO NOT MOVE HERE! I have never experienced such incompetent management until dealing with The Ridge. I moved out in June and have yet to receive my security deposit... mind you were going into November now. USPS customer service informed me that they did not put the correct address when mailing my deposit, therefore, it has been lost in transit since. I also confirmed the sending address with management more than once before they mailed out the deposit. Management sucks and you're better off spending your money elsewhere!

Cierra was amazing at The Ridge. She answered all of my questions and had the best attitude throughout the visit. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and I am truly in love.

I started my leasing agreement June 2nd to move in officially June 8th. When getting my keys to do my inspection June 2, there was a dead German roach in the bathroom. Jennifer Nicole, the assistant property manager, when asked said not to worry about it. Needless to say with these pictures and many more not listed here for the week of June 8 until June 13, there were countless cockroaches littered around the apartment. I officially left the premises June 13th due to these conditions. Seeing them crawl everywhere on the wall and in the kitchen I couldn’t even eat a meal the time I was there and didn’t want to sleep in that disgusting unit. I confronted Nicole and Johnetta about the situation, they said the only way to break the lease is to pay two months rent as in the contract. As I can

I lived at the Ridge for one year and had no issues at all (zero maintenance requests). With that being said, my apartment was the premium one where everything, you name it, was brand new. One time I was travelling and forgot to pay rent on time and they had charged me late fees; I emailed management and explained that I was travelling and they waived the fees. Very responsive and professional. They renovated the gym. It looks very nice but I didn't check it.
