The Ridge on 34th

I am very appreciative of this complex and how it is handled. I came from a very badly managed property and since moving in Kelsey and Josh have been so friendly and professional. I have lived here for 3 months and any issues that I have had the onsite team helped. The maintenance team is fantastic. Everytime I have submitted a work order it was completed same day. The world needs more kindness and that all I have received since coming here. I wanted it to be known that bad people make bad circumstances worse and this property has been the complete opposite and I am truly thankful.

As a current resident, I am STUNNED by how many of these reviews must be fake, the amenities ??? Our pool is empty and black/brown most of the year, the washer and dryers barely work if you can afford running the dryer several times per wash, that’s IT, no gym, nothing, there is NO CLEANING around the facility whatsoever, the entryways to the apartments are covered in dirt scum cobwebs and cockroaches, in the 2 years I’ve lived here I have never seen a single piece of the property being cleaned, only live here if you don’t care about your health or cleanliness

When we moved in there was a horrible roach and fly infestation, they tried blaming it on the previous tenants even tho we had been prospective tenants for 2 weeks before moving in so the place was empty. After almost 2 months it’s still big roaches that will crawl from sinks drains, under cabinets that aren’t sealed and any door leading outside because the roaches have infested the entire building not a unit or 2. Also a mold and mildew issue that we’ve been begging to be taken care of. I give the 2 stars because they did have move in specials and a flexible deposit based on individuals. However the lack of control with the pests and mildew after TWO months AND the complex’s lack of urgency definitely convinc

Moved in about 5 months ago. Very happy with the place. Management is great. Like to have responsible people who care about what their tenants needs are. Super clean. Spacious apartment with lots of closet space. Like how everything is close by to where I can walk to get things done. Highly recommend.

I knew I wanted to move here due to the amenities. Joshua did his best with taking me on a tour and he was very knowledgeable about all of the aspects of the property. The staff and manager were also friendly when I signed my leases. I haven’t had any major issues I only needed my ac filter changed and the maintenance team came by so fast and they were also professional!
