Stephanie has been so helpful with getting me and my boyfriend ready to move in. The area is so nice and clean and the apartments are spacious. I love that there's a playground and pool for my son to play at when the weather is nice.
I've been living at The Ridge of Haysville for a while now, and I have to say its been a great experience! The staff (Sophia and Stephanie) is friendly and responsive, the apartments are clean and well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. I love the pool and fitness center. The location is also convenient, with easy access to local shops and all. Overall I am really happy with my decision to move here
Stephanie and Sophia have made this the easiest move I've ever had. They were efficient, very communicative, answered all my questions and concerns. Best part is when you move here you get a general vibe or feel from them, and these professionals are both top Performers in their jobs and care greatly for their tenants and this community. This is my 2nd time at The Ridge Apartments. My experience was great 15 years ago and I came back a year ago and still LOVE IT! The staff are great, office crew is always willing to help and listen. The maintenance crew is great as well, every time I have had an issue they have been right on it and fixed within 24 hours. The issues are wear and tear things and never anything bad. The prices are reasonable, the facilities is kept clean, the accommodations like pool and exercise room are always clean and taken care of, communication within the community is amazing, I love that there are washer and dryers within the apartment. I could go on and on, this is a wonderful place to live! The only thing that is frustrating is the parking sometimes can be tough but the office does a great job on mak
