The Ridge At Tyler

I rented a 1 bedroom here for my son while he was attending college in Tyler . The grounds were always well kept . Staff were friendly and efficient! And the apartment was very cute and clean. I had 1 small plumbing issue which was addressed promptly by maintenance. The complex felt safe and quiet. I enjoyed coming each time I was there and my son enjoyed it and felt safe as well. I’d definitely recommend.

I came in today to tour with Holly and I couldn’t have had a better experience! Holly provided me with all needed information to get the process started. Holly was very nice and considerate and very professional. I’ve toured many apartments and this tour has topped them all! Thank you Holly and thank you to the ridge at Tyler for such a wonderful visit.

I was in need of a fresh start while going through a crisis, and then I met Shay. She was so understanding of my situation and was willing to work with me so I could get the fresh start I needed. The apartments are great, and the community is pretty chill. I highly recommend living here if you’re looking for a supportive environment

I’ve had a great experience with the ridge at Tyler, Shay is always professional, friendly, and quick to help with any concerns or maintenance requests. Their communication is excellent, and they truly go above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and well taken care of. I really appreciate their dedication and positive attitude — it makes living here an even better experience!

Most horrible management in town. I don't wanna waste my time to explain how they are. Moral of the story they call you 49 times to rent their apartment and they charge application fee and top of that administration fee which is usually charge when you approved but they gonna get administrative fee and after that they reject you cause they already have your admin fee. Which is they are not gonna give you back. When you call em they are not gonna answer your call. Yes they are most crook head management in town. 🤬
