The minute i walked into the office I knew this was the place for us. Angela and Lee are awesome! They're both respectful. Anegla did everything she could to get us approved and we got in fairly quick. Its nice,quiet and homey. Let the unpacking begin. 🩷
This place is amazing !!! Lee and Angela have addressed every maintenance need I have had and fixed it immediately The place is kept clean and it has been a real pleasure to live in such a friendly and accommodating community I love the Ridge !!!
They do not fix stuff properly or They going people's houses unannounced The maintenance person is not licensed to spray he does not know how to fix stuff they are he never fixes his stuff on his maintenance list on time they do not go by their timeline corporate is not any better
We just moved in to the Ridge!!! The Apartments are really nice and clean. The manager is awesome 😎. They are very caring and very family friendly. The maintenance guy was super showing us the apartment!!! The people here at the ridge care. If you would like a decent place to live, and are looking I would highly suggest the Ridge In Fort Smith AR.
The manager is super awesome, she moved mountains to make sure our paperwork was done, our Hud inspection was super, and the maintenance guy is awesome! I would totally encourage friends and family to move to the ridge!! We're so happy and glad to live here.
