The Ridge at Bellevue

I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment community. The management team has been consistently friendly and supportive. Angelica, the senior manager, and Diana, who joined later, have both been exceptional. They respond quickly to any concerns, and most issues are resolved within a day or two. What really stands out is how they treat each tenant’s problem as if it were their own. Their dedication and professionalism make the community feel well-run and genuinely cared for. Highly recommend!

I just moved in a month ago, I met Arriana the property manager. She is so kind, patient and extremely helpful. She went beyond and above her job description in assisting with some of the deliveries I had while away and she had it placed in the apartment.

Arianna was amazing helping me get my very first apartment! She helped me step by step and was incredibly supportive! Very excited to call this place my new home!

They approved my application after weeks of pending approval, only to later reverse their decision and deny my application. One day they say they are sending me the lease, the next day they are ghosting me. Not sure how legal this is? I had utilities, movers, everything scheduled. Blessing in disguise I guess. This place is a health hazard. The phone number that is listed on their email goes immediately to a robo caller with no voicemail setup, so it is difficult to find someone to speak to about whether or not my holding deposit will be refunded. Avoid this place at costs!! It is dingy, run down, and the people in Los Angeles do not care about these mold and roach infested apartments. You're better off staying in a Motel 6 or Extended Stay hotel. There's no other apartment community whe
