The Reyburn

Worst renting experience of my life. Management ignored all of my maintenance requests, overcharged utilities, and was overall antagonistic and unhelpful. This most major problem was the 24/7 constant humming from the generators. The building was not built to be residential, it was originally a factory. The buzzing sound is audible through at least half of the floor, and is louder in the evenings and early mornings. Management didn’t seem to care and said it was a known problem. My utilities were charged double, and management was super dismissive and antagonistic. “It’s only $100.” I’m not comfortable being overcharged at all, and it was nearly impossible to get my money back. I absolutely love living here! I’ve been here since it opened in June 2024. The leasing office is so friendly and attentive. Apartments are beautiful and spotless. Maintenance is also fantastic! Security team is always on site and alert which makes me feel safe. It’s worth checking out if you’re in the market for a new apartment.

Mike and the team at Reyburn have been super supportive during my move. I needed help setting up a lease with my girlfriend who already lives there, and they went above and beyond to make it happen. Mike was always on top of things, returning my calls and following up even when he didn’t have an answer right away. I felt really heard and valued.

The Reyburn apartments are undeniably beautiful, but my experience here has been disappointing. My apartment has been infested with gnats, and trying to get assistance from the leasing office has been like pulling teeth. Despite the aesthetic appeal of the building, the lack of responsiveness and support has made me regret signing my lease.

My partner just moved in and The Reyburn has exceeded our expectations. This place is truly a hidden gem. Grateful to the amazing and attentive staff, the transparency as this new building comes to life, and the gorgeous industrial apartments. We feel lucky we found this place when we did.
