I’ve had a great experience living here overall, and one situation in particular really showed me how much the management team cares about their residents. Just this weekend, I noticed my water heater had started leaking, which was obviously concerning. I reported the issue to the leasing office rep Astrid on a Saturday and she took matter into her own hands. She called the on-call maintenance immediately and my water heater was fixed within a matter of hours. This morning, both Ahjaenae and Irving immediately stepped in to help. What impressed me the most was how proactive they were. They didn’t just fix the problem quickly — they also took responsibility for the situation and credited back the related bill without me even having to push for it. I had a great experience touring the property — I really liked it and decided to submit an application. Unfortunately, my application was not approved due to an issue related to a pay stub, which I understand. However, I was disappointed to learn that the $175 administrative fee is non-refundable. That’s a significant amount, especially given the current economy, and I paid a total of $250 including the application fee. While I understand not receiving a refund for the application fee, I believe it would be helpful for future applicants to know that the administrative fee is also non-refundable before applying.

That's why I have to talk about The Rey on Reynolds, and specifically, the amazing management: Mrs. Cruz and Irving. They aren’t just "agents"; they're the people who make this community genuinely great. Nearly 1 Year, Zero Complaints! 🏆 I've been living at The Rey, going on a full year now, and I can honestly say: I haven't had a single complaint. That's almost unheard of in any apartment complex, luxury or otherwise! It speaks volumes about the incredible level of management here. My Personal Lifesavers:

I’ve been a resident here for almost 3 years and today as I was walking to the front door of the leasing office to pay my rent the leasing agent locked it in my face. I had to knock and force myself inside to ensure she documented my payment. I asked her why did she lock it when she saw me walking up (we made eye contact as she walked by and then tried to lock the door out of view, and the walk back across the lobby) she told me she didn't see me, as if the glass door was not see through. She then tried to claim they close at 5:30, yet the leasing sign says they close at 6p and as a resident of three years, we are told a head of time when the hours change. She was out of excuses then and remained quiet. Every year I have to go back and forth with the front office because of their terrible
