My leasing agent Leah was absolutely amazing and so kind from start to finish. She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I loved the amenities and how convenient the location is. While the pricing ended up being out of my range, I still had a really positive experience and will definitely recommend her and the apartments to all of my friends and colleagues

We loved living at this apartment complex; my children and I loved the pool, and our dog used the dog park all the time. The appliances in the apartment didn’t give us any problems, and the apartment itself was spacious with tall ceilings and lots of light. The maintenance team was wonderful and would complete our maintenance requests very quickly!

I'm not going to spend much time on this review because I'd rather not waste more time towards this place. It looks great on the surface; clean, adequate, safe however, I can't approve of a place that works out clever ways to take your money through mandatory fees for things you may not want/need, to include the security deposit. When moving into this place, dont expect your security deposit back at all. They've essentially instructed their employees that tenants will not get their deposits back no matter what. Before I even moved out I was told, several times, that I would not be getting the deposit back and that it's clearly stated in the lease (guess what; it's not in the lease, cause it would be against Texas law). This is a beautiful apartment home complex very well maintained..pool is awesome.. what makes it more enjoyable is Monique making us feel so welcome in our move in and she helped us pick out our unit that best suited our needs. Cheers to Monique.

Beware! The Rent is low but the FEES ARE NOT! I honestly had very few issues with living here, but do know you will be charged random fees totaling hundreds of dollars for things like storm water drainage, administration etc. These fees will significantly impact your rent and their magnitude is not well described in the lease agreement. ALSO: upon moveout you are guaranteed to be charged $400+ in cleaning fees, paint, and carpet cleaning. It says in the lease you may be charged this, but you are in fact always going to be charged this according to the leasing office (21Nov2025). I have been moved out for 2+ months, and since my final rent payment I have been charged $1593.93 in random fees and cleaning charges. This is completely unacceptable! I would not recommend this apartment comp
