We are in the process of having a home built and although we had contact with both Bob and Brayden, our primary source was and is Brayden. My wife and I found both to be courteous, informative and professional but since most of our time spent to this point was with Brayden, we would like to write that he is an absolute pleasure to work through details with. He answered every question with such absolute clarity that he had already won us over the end of our first day together. From that point it’s been a breeze. Brayden deserves every accolade we can extend to him.

We just went into contract on a lot at The Retreat at Laurelbrook in Sherrills Ford, NC. We originally lived in Long Island, NY, but have been in NC for the past 16yrs in Wilmington. Cant wait for this next chapter. Bob, our sales manager was an absolute pleasure to work with. He took time to explain everything about what Stanley Martin homes has to offer and always kept in touch with us. If he didn't know something right there, he found out and called us back promptly. Looking forward to our new home and being closer to our grandaughter.

We are relocating from Long Island, NY to the Retreat at Laurelbrook. We looked at many other communities in the area, but wanted an active 55+ community with a pool. We love the house designs that Laurelbrook offers and the fact that this is a new community. We have had great people to work with associated with Stanley Martin and Laurelbrook. We highly recommend checking out this new and up and coming Community.

Bob and Brennen at the sales center were amazing. They were very helpful and had our best interests at heart.
