The Retreat at Cinco Ranch

I absolutely love living at The Retreat. The community is always clean and well-kept, the staff is friendly and quick to help with anything, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. My apartment feels modern and comfortable, and it’s clear that management really cares about the residents. I’m so happy I chose to live here — it truly feels like home!

current resident since april 2025, and i’ve had no complaints! the community is quiet and feels safe. however July 16th 2025, we did experience a crime of vandalism on vehicles. this is obviously a risk with any apartment complex however this is the FIRST time i’ve ever experienced this. I’m praying we get extensive safety measures in place to prevent this from happening again because i do enjoy this community and would like to stay long term.

This place was amazing and perfect for me with my busy job and international travels. The staff always helped me with anything and understood what things I needed. I will miss my very cosy place and the patio. I strongly would recommend this place 👌🏿

I moved into the apartments in October of 2024. I have not had any issues with management, the only problem is that the drains clog easily, however that seems to be the norm with apartments. The area is quiet without many disturbances or crime. There was a couple of cars that were vandalized at one point but the problem has not reocurred. The apartments are spacious and have nice features for their prices. If I stay in the area I am going to release at this complex. I recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere that is affordable without sacrificing space, features, or safety.

The apartments are outdated and not maintained. There were multiple applicances that needed to be replaced within a year, and pests were a huge issue. At move in, the unit had not been cleaned, and all light switches and plugs were stained from a smoker. The attached photos are the move in conditions. Staff was unpleasant to work with and maintenance rarely fixed the issues on the first request (3-4 requests were needed to fix the issues typically).
