The Residences of Wilmette

Beautiful and well-maintained building with top amenities very fast maintenance. Top notch kitchen appliances and a place especially for those who love to cook. Jake, Brenda, and the rest of the crew are always super helpful. Thanks so much for a beautiful home :)

We lived in The Residences of Wilmette for just over a year between houses. It was a great experience. The location is great - Metra station across the street, walkable to downtown Wilmette, easy access to the lake, etc. The building is nicely appointed and kept very clean by the staff. We had a few minor maintenance issues that were resolved quickly. The fitness room is well equipped and kept very clean. In the whole time we were there I can only recall one time a treadmill was out of service and it was quickly repaired and back into service. There is also a really nice event room, outdoor patio with grills, works space, whirlpool, steam room and sauna - all very nice and readily available. Also, the building just updated the entry panel at the front door and at the garage doors,

I'm a current resident here & the staff is very friendly & helpful. Centrally located, well kept, dog-friendly, & nice amenities. I love the holiday decorations & the flower planters outside! Could use more guest parking spaces & a dog run/area, but overall great apartment community. They even host little events from time to time for the tenants. Cute!

Being a resident at The Residences of Wilmette is a wonderful thing. The location is perfect, within walking distance of Wilmette town center and all that has to offer. The building is bright and modern. My unit is on the second floor looking out onto the communal open air courtyard where you can BBQ or relax in the loungers and chairs. The units themselves are bright and airy with large windows and high ceilings and modern theme. I love the large open plan kitchen. It's nice having a secure heated garage as well, especially with the winters we have. Finally the staff that work at and manage the building are great and very friendly, knowing everyone by name

Response to the reply: Actions speak louder than words, and I’m sure you will be as polite as can be - on this platform. For anyone reading this, if you filter the comments by “newest” you’ll see the trajectory of how things are going here. Relocation was brought up by us at which point the power was fixed immediately - one can presume it’s because you didn’t want to pay for relocation - and only fixed the power outage when the village rules were brought to your attention. When we called you in the middle of the night, there was no way to reach you prompting us to then try the previous manager who we did get a hold of. Furthermore we were told there are no electricians on site overnight. This is helpful for other people to know. Ten minutes after I said 11:00 is fine, the elevator was sudd
