The Residences at Windsor Hills

I have been living here since the end of November & love it! The units are super cute/modern & the amenities are great. Management has been amazing since day 1.

Property management is kind and communicative. Package delivery here can be difficult as it’s a new area. I’m sure that issue will change with time. Just moved into this property. I have lived in several properties around Omaha and Elkhorn. This complex has a lot of unique and well priced unit layouts. The amenties are great including a sauna and a well stocked on-site gym. This really does have the foundations for a well managed and positive community. My unit was really clean when I moved in. Internet was easy to set up. So far I am really excited and happy :)

I recently moved into this community and I can’t recommend it enough! Morgan, the property manager, was super helpful and friendly, making the whole touring and move in experience enjoyable. The complex is a beautiful new build with stylish finishes. My favorite spot is the library which is perfect for relaxing with a good book. Overall, this community has everything you need in a home, and the attentive management makes it even better. If you’re looking for a new place, definitely check it out! I can’t recommend it enough!

I’ve loved living at Windsor Hills so far. The floor plans are laid out so well, and even the studios have a pantry. (I’ve never seen any other studios that have those!) The cabinets and finishes are also really nice. After some really bad experiences with poorly managed properties, this one has been great and is very well managed. The property manager, Morgan, has always been very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend making Windsor Hills home.

One of the best places in Omaha that I have lived so far. They have excellent amenities and the staff always been helpful whenever I have questions. Can’t recommend enough!
