The Residences at the Prince Charles

Recently toured this beautiful property. Property manager was SO NICE & sold the units and amenities perfectly. The floor plan was nice and I love the amenities ( gym , Amazon hub, baseball tickets for residents , valet trash etc.) oh and the building smelled so good lol. I applied today hopefully everything works out :)

This community was a blessing to our family. The management, staff, and residents were second to none. The Prince Charles is a very special place indeed.

I lived at the Price Charles when they first opened in 2019 and stayed for just over 3 years. I absolutely loved my apartment and my neighbors. Being able to walk down the street to get dinner and drinks with friends made life so much easier. I also LOVED the Saturday morning Farmers Markets where I was able to pick up my fresh veggies for the week. This place was wonderful to me and I know you'll love living here, too!
