The Residences at Somerhill Farms Apartments

I have been here a month. The property manager Sydney is awesome and the maintenance man Tariq is always available. They have monthly events and the gym is available 24 hrs. it’s clean & quiet. Beautiful place to live but very expensive for the new renters . My Khloe 🐶 likes the area as well and they always have treats for her and hot chocolate for me. Theres a dog park about 5 mins away thats very nice. Although, Today I came outside and found my car covered in debris and very dirty after I had just got it painted the day before from someone backing into me in my assigned spot 😡. Then I went to roll my window down and gravel scratched my tint up pretty bad. We've lived here for two years, and we just renewed our lease for another year. The building is very quiet, and the best part is that Sydney, the manager, and Tariq are always attentive to our needs and resolve our issues quickly. They do a great job for all the residents.

Somerhill was a great place to leave for the 2 years I was there. The staff is very friendly and have been hosting fun events for the community each month. The management since I was there had started making meaningful upgrades to the community to better improve the look and condition. The neighborhood is very peaceful and I enjoyed my neighbors. I appreciate my time living in the community and I hope others enjoy this Gainesville oasis as well.

I’ve had a really great experience living here, and a big part of that is thanks to Bonnie and Sydney. Bonnie is always so friendly and professional anytime I had a question or needed help, she was quick to respond and made sure everything was taken care of. You can truly tell she cares about the residents. And a big thank you to Sydney, the other manager in the office I really appreciate all the work she does. Her support means a lot. Both of them work hard to make this place feel like home, and it really shows. I’m grateful for everything they’ve done and how they always go the extra mile for us.

Great office managers. I had a great experience with the rental property manager, Bonnie . She is a very kind and helpful woman who made the whole process easy and stress-free. Bonnie was always patient, friendly, and quick to answer any questions I had. I really appreciated her support and professionalism. Highly recommended!
