The Residences at Quarry Walk

Shoutouts to Kelly for giving us a thorough walkthrough of apartments here at Quarry Walk. Dog park is absolutely huge and was not that busy when we dropped back to check. Hallways and amenity space was spotless. Parking lot underground is an elevator floor away. There is a trail you can walk that circles all of Quarry Walk if you want to get the legs rolling. The proximity to the mall portion is really nice. You can literally walk from apartment to mall which has Starbucks, grocery, restaurants (sushi conveyor at Maru), vet, dentist, and other. From what we understand, this is the town center for both Oxford and neighboring towns. Most important of all. On a Sat at noon. It was QUIET. My brother and his family live at the older building there and have generally been happy there for the last year or so. The apartments and shopping area, trails, etc. are great. The problem is that there have been two instances of flooding in the newer building which have totally ruined all the contents in many apartments, requiring them to move out! What a disaster! Steer clear of this complex till they are more transparent about what happened and how the problems will be resolved.

An amazing place to live! I’ve lived here four months and am so happy. The apartments are amazing; spacious, clean, great amenities, fun people, fire pits, club house, gym and dog park. The staff is friendly and so helpful. I could go on and on! The Quarry community is welcoming and has everything you need at the ready! Driving is not necessary as you have bars, restaurants, boutiques, ice cream parlor, coffee shop, doctors, dentist, vet, bank, liquor store, hardware and grocery…all within walking distance. You even can take grocery carts to the apartment! I love it here!!! Make Quarry Walk your home😊

I have been here since it opened January of last year. The community has grown. Management and Maintenance are wonderful and always greet you on a first name basis. They are always increasing the amenities and beautifying the landscape. The Residence is a community and encourages you to enjoy the outdoors. Walking trail that allows you to see all of Quarry Walk. Tons of fire pits. 3 concierge locations to relax or reserve for parties no matter the weather. State of the art BBQs. Brand new gym, doggie park and rooftop terrace. Everything is first class! Best of all you have restaurants and shopping walking distance from your front or back door. I can’t beat my view every day. Great place to live!

My experience here at quarry walk is that I don’t drive so living here with my fiance Jake is a dream come true everything is right there restaurants, Griffin Health, Day care, Market32. I can literally walk from where i live to the nail salon or grocery store if I needed to pick up grocery’s best part about living here is that it has sidewalks and a trail where you can walk on it is perfect! It is also pet Friendly as well! So glad that my fiance and I are living here! I love everything about quarry Walk!
